You can, but understand that marriages go through rough patches, especially at first. If you quit now, you set yourself up to quit when things get rough and you will never be happy. Unless you are in an abusive situation, try to work things out. Get some counseling or guidance to help you two work out your differences. Marriage is not easy! It's not all candy and roses and flowers like it is on tv. It's hard work, effort, compromise, frustration, and worth every minute of working things out! You made a commitment to love this person for the rest of your life. Love isn't just throwing in the towel when things get rough. (Unless, like I said before, you are in an abusive situation. Then you need to get out!)

Same as you would were you to have been married 30 years....file for divorce. Glad to see some people here know their hearts so well. Many take 10 years to get where you are in 2 months...great job. Next!

If you have grounds for divorce, you may file at any time. Contacting a divorce lawyer is the easier and quickest way to go about doing this.

I think you should first try to work out the marraige... the first few months, or years even, can be REALLY hard. You have to try your very hardest to make it through that.
I suppose you would need a divorce lawyer... is two months too long to still get an anullment?
But seriously, please try to work it out first. Get counseling, or just talk with your partner about what's wrong, what you both want, etc.
