i cleaned with my microsoft anti-spyware but it did not help.
im new new to the pc world.

Maybe it has a virus. Anti Spyware only deletes Adwares not viruses. Also do you have a dial up? They are slow. If you do not have a dial up. Try buying a security software that treats both viruses, and Spywares. Also try disfragmentising the system and removing unwanted programs. I hope this helps

If you are using dialup and are talking about the internet, it could be any number of causes. Slow connection, Website with a lot of graphics and other things loading the page.

you have alot of old files that have built up over time. search ''registry cleaner'' they have free trial offers..run a registry cleaner..get alot of the old files out of there...you mentioned spyware protection,,use that once a day,,don't give those little boggers a chance to embed themselves....seriously...get a registry cleaner,,,,,

cause you have loaded to much files,softwares and may be games.try disk cleaning if that dont work try upgrading your pc

If you have dial-up, it takes a long time. Get dsl.
