He see's his dreams only if he were born blind because he has no idea what he's missing. If his sight was robbed from him after birth, he most certainly dreams about the things he'll never see again. In other words...he dreams about seeing.

first of all dreaming is not seeing things...only perceiving things which we have already seen...touched...felt. we cannot see with our eyes closed. When we are dreaming we cannot see colours...we can only feel the feelings of colours, things etc. So for a blind man the dream will be just perceiving things as he had known by touching...hearing...and feeling. May be he can daydream about seeing.

It depends, if he was blind since he was born, he would only dream about sounds, but if he became blind after he saw the world, he will dream of the wonderful things he saw.

both. if they have been blind their whole life though, they don't know what they are missing. they couldn't even imagine what seeing actually means.
