When I came home tonight and went to feed my fish I found that there are five or six ... things... attached to the back wall of my aquarium. They look like little dollups (sp?) of clear jelly with air bubbles in them. I'm sure they are eggs of some type, but are they fish eggs from my Neon Tetra or are they snail eggs. If you've read my previous question about getting rid of the snails please note that I've never seen these egg sacks before, meaning I don't think they are snail eggs, but I'm not sure.

Do YOU know what they are?

You have snail eggs. It's unlikely you'd see the eggs of neon tetras (they're small, sinking spheres). I highly suggest you remove the egg sack if you don't want to have you tank be taken over by snails (and glance around for other sacks too).

They look like snail eggs, were these the only ones? Fish lay way more eggs than this.

These are most likely look like a pile of jelly or they look like a string of jelly. These are Snail eggs, and if you don't care to have anymore snails I would scrape them off your tank and dispose of them.

SURELY EGGS! - Heres a hint, look in the tank for couple of days in the same spot that you see that object and see if it has changed or if any organisms have evolved. If so, its eggs as it is now. If not, maybe bubbles / froth, or something else emitted from something else in the tank.
