This person hacked all of my e-mail addresses. Whatever computer I would sign in from they could access. People say it can't be done but it was. I need to find out through yahoo or someone how to get the IP to lay charges against this person. He also defrauded my bank account of over $5000.00. I got the money back. The problem is it was someone in Japan. I have the original IP 58.92.65.102. How can I find out the persons name?

This has been reported to police because the fraud has been committed in 3 different countries. Complicated story. They hacked my ebay and paypal account and the money came out of my Canadian bank account. If I knew how to hack this guys e-mail, I would. You would not believe what this idiot did to me. He was a Japanese stalker. He broke into my house and the Japanese police didn't even investigate. In order for me to charge this person with stalking, he would have to have been my former lover. You don't want to have blond hair and live in Japan!

To track someone one by IP alone is extremely hard, if not impossible. IP identifies a temporary assignment of a machine. By that fact alone it's hard because the IP can be assigned to one machine now but another machine later. Add to this the fact that anyone can be using that machine (especially true for public machines) and you've got a lot of detective work to do. You better let the law enforcements take this one; they have better coverage.
