Make a little booklet of chores you will do for Dad:
Sew on a button
Wash the car
Fix his favorite dessert or food
Shine his shoes
Whatever else you can think of that he would enjoy. Tell him that he can use these "Coupons" any time during the year until next Father's Day.

Take your Dads age. Buy a book with blank pages.
Start from year 1 on the first page and tell him what he means to you.. Go all the way up to his current age. If he is 45 then you have 45 differnt pages to complete. Bringing up good memories of times past will delighten him.

IF you have photos of both of you together on an outing or any other situation whether past or present, why not compile a scrap book. Old ticket stubs or any other memorable things you've done together can go into it. He would really appreciate knowing that you've kept & treasured these memories. And I'm sure that you'd make his day.

Well what dad doesnt like spending time with their kids? My dad loves it when i can just kick back and hang around with him, chat about the stuff he likes, go fishing or whatever.
You can do something for him, like mow the lawn, wash his vehicle, take him out to a good dinner. Just the little things that make him know that he's special.

No ties or smelly stuff. How about a good breakfast/n/ coffee in bed then go wash and clean his car inside and out. No cash outlay, plus what father wouldnt like that. Good luck

If he reads, a unique bookmark. If he golfs, make him club covers. If he's a handiman, a tool box. If you knit, make socks or a sweater. Burn or paint a #1 DAD plaque. If he cooks, make him dishcloths, an apron or oven mitts.
