i'm 15 and people think i'm 19

OMG YES!! it happened all the time when I was younger, o>k then not so now When i was 16 I was in Lake Tahoe and went into the Casino with this friend and we were gambling, well the security guard came up and stood between the two of us and questioned my friend and he admitted he was under age, the security guard never even questioned me at all I was really surprised , when we went out side and I made a comment how I was surprised the guard did not throw me out, and my friend said why would he ,your over 21!! (actually this guy was not really a friend more then my dads business partner son!! so he did not know my real age.) he was also shocked to learn I was 16 in fact i had to show him my drivers license to prove it!! and when i was just out if high school and going to college some college friends always went to happy hour near campus and I was able to order drinks,In fact I was the youngest in that crowd, and the rest was over 21 and all got carded But me, and I was only 18!!

i have had it go both ways... i just graduated high school and last week someone asked me if I was married b/c he wanted my phone number, but about a year and a half ago 4 people in a couple week period thought I was 13. Also, I have been repeatedly mistaken for being a mom while carrying my friends 4 year old brother, and when i was 15, someone thought my 5 year old cousing was my daughter. So, who knows? I don't know if I look older or younger than i really am

I get that all the time. When I was 15 and people were giving me 25. Now some just assume I am married / have kids...sucks

Nope, never. I'm 22 and people always think I'm 18 or younger. I guess that will come in handy when I'm 40+, but it's pretty annoying now. When I was pregnant, people would give me bad looks because they thought I was some pre-teen pregnant girl. It gets rather embarrasing! :o)

yeah, because I had a baby when I was 17 now people think I'm like 30 when I'm 19 and I can't stand it but I love my son he's so cute.

yeah i lost my virginity to a 27 year old woman at the age of 14, but she thought i was 19

Not many people have thought that about me. I'm 22 and I always get mistaken for being younger. I hate it but I guess it'll pay off when I'm 40.

well...untill an yr ago people thought i looked my age....but now, after i hurt my bck the pain and tensions make me look older. so even though i'm 17 most people think i'm 22 or 23.
i think it's basically wht u go through in life that defines how young or old you look.

it has it's pro's and con's. I'm 22, when ppl say i look younger i take that as being carefree and living life. when they say i look older then i take that as i am mature for my age and have come to a sense of responsibility. when they say I'm younger again; maybe they mean that i am immature and again when they say i am older; maybe they mean i am too cocky or act like i know it all because "i am older". Life is all in how you look at it. I say act as old as you feel and if you feel young then that is your prerogative.
