I lived in Miami and like the Surfside area of Miami Beach best. That's the area North of 71st and Collins. Great beaches and easier parking. Actually anywhere north of 60th is good also. Haulover is a great beach and so is Sunny Isles. South Beach is too crowded and expensive.
