i used to be like this. I would make my mom cry all the time and get in fights with my sisters. You should consider listening to music or watching tv when you're mad. Or when you are really really upset think about something that will happen later on, in the day than can make you happy. Like say you are at school and you really are upset, think of how you are going to go home and drink a coke cause its really hot. you know stupid little things that make you happy. they work trust me. dont let anger control you. one thing i did was stop cussing, lol you'd be surprised how that helps your attitude or anger problem.

Well i kno this from experience! I also used 2 have a very bad attitude! lyk whenevr i got mad i would take it out on evrybody n lyk cuss em out! N lyk i always did! Then 1 of my friends recommeneded that i went 2 c a counselor 2 c if sumthin was rong w/ me! So i do n found out i had adhd! N now i have learnerd how 2 control my anger! N not 2 take it out on ppl! So if i wur u, u should go c a counselor 2 fix it, cuz if u dnt u will lose ur friends cuz nobody lyks a *****, trust me i lost a lot of friends cuz i got so mad, But then i fixed it w/ a counselor n got my friends bak, n now lyf is good n imnice 2 ppl n ppl r nice bak, so i would recommend that u went 2 a counselor, u mite think its stupid but trust me it rlly works! Jst go w/ ur mom n have ur mom step outside then tlk bout all ur problems w/ a counselor! It will rlly work i promise u! So plz jst go c a counselor b 4 u get hurt n hurt the 1's u love, Do it now n u will b glad u did, n if u dnt u will live w/ regret of not goin 2 a counselor 2 solve ur problem! So plz jst go it will help i sware!

I think Paraniod and Brandon have good ideas for you to follow. You need to learn some self-control. Everybody gets mad sometimes, but you HAVE to learn to control it....That doesn't mean you will never feel bad, or mad or have an attitude again, it just means you can hide it or find better ways to let it out. Otherwise you will never be able to have a job, work can be even more stressful than school or home. Get some counseling, sweetie

Well as you get older the anger can become a big issue. I would start now trying to control my angy. I know it's hard to do. I have anger issues. But if you just take that moment to stop before you do or say anything as time goes by it gets easier.
Don't allow yourself too.

Try not to get angry easily.Find out the problem that causes your anger.Don't express your anger that will cause others to become sad or frustrated because of you.If nothing works ,go to a shrink,talk to ur school therapist and stuff.Oh! and talk to anyone that u feel is sympathetic.Try to look on the bright side of life.

How old are you? It sounds like hormones. Talk to your parents about how you feel. Some counseling may help. Walking around angy all the time sucks.
