Appalacian or Hammer Ducimer? Appalacian Dulcimer I love "Soldier's Joy" ita a real traditional tune. Check out Jean Richie, shesa like a dulcimer ledgend.
Mandolin I love Rod Stewart's Mandilin Wind, its old song but it rocks.
BTW I have an appalacian dulcimer and I love it. Its Black Walnut with a carved violin style tuning head and 100% hand made. Guess by who :-)

Sorry, I'm more into regular acoustic guitar and bass. Though I play and listen to more rock music I like celtic dulcimer and mandolin music. Check out some music from Ireland or Newfoundland or Cape Breton Island.
