By far Orlando is gonna improve the most next year. They used to be horrable in the beggining and middle of the season but after the got rid of S. Francis and Traded for Milicic and Arroyo they became better. Then towards the end of the season Jameer Nelson started to show skill and ability. At the end of the season (like the last two weeks) they were the hottest team in the NBA and they actualy had a chance to get to the playoffs (which in the beggining of the season seemed imposible). Next year Milicic will start for Tony Battie, (which is good because Battie is getting old and its Milicic's 3rd year [he came out of highschool]) Howard who also came out of highschool will improve over the summer as will Jameer Nelson. Not only are their starters good but the Orlando bench isn't that bad. They have Arroyo, Battie and Ariz who are all great players and helped the Magic get some wins this year. However in the summer of 07', Lebrons contract with the Calvs will expire and since the Magic are getting rid of Grant Hill they will be able to offer the the best contract for Lebron.

I agree with you The Cavs will be the best because LeBron is growing into an all time legendary player and is consistantly becoming much better,more valuable and more all around player.Plus they're playing aggressive defense and team basketball. Portland will be strong too because of the huge impact from their main defensive presence that also has huge and important impact on offense too,that's Greg Oden.Roy will grow into a player that can seal games and play good,Aldridfe will dontinue to play as An All Star and etc Watch out from these teams in the future Darko

the boston celtics stunk up the league, but with all the young guys doing well and paul pierce, expect them to be pretty good next year
