Oil companies can use the tax cuts to pad their profits, just as easy as welfare recipients can use their money for cigarettes.. the only difference is one is probably a few billion dollars and the other is $4...
The fact is you don't know any more what the oil companies are doing with the extra money than you do the welfare people...

There are possibly a million possible scenarios of why and how. But we need to start getting smart and take control of OUR country. Afterall in this democracy, the government are supposed to be OUR representatives.
Would anyone hire a lawyer and let him not represent their interests? So why are we letting the ones we elect to protect our very lives and liberty do any different?
