If you have the Livin' Large Expansion Pack, yes you can but you have to buy the bed with the big heart headboard. Make your two sims vibrate or relax at the same time. When they're both on the bed, click it and choose PLAY IN BED. there's no guarantee that your sims will have a baby through doing this because using this method to have a baby has random results.
You can try making your 2 sims kiss continuously for a guaranteed result of having a baby though.ü

you cant have a kid on the sims. i've played this game for a long time and all you can is adopt. you've got to be affectionate with your partner a lot and the give you the adoption option. ooohh that rhymed.
