i think some one in my family apply on my computer . how can I find if setting is on my pc

LAN is Local Area Network, where computers and supporting euipment, ususally in one site, are networked or "hooked together", to be able to work alone or to interact and share resources.

A LAN is a network of computer. It is a group of computers that are connects so that they can share files and other resources. If your computer has been set up on a LAN, you would be able to right click on the My Neighwork Places icon, and click on Show All Workgroup Computers. If icons to other computer appear, you are on a LAN.

LAN stands for Local Area Network. There are two LAN, Family Network and LAN, they gathers some pc toghter to be a small network and connects to a higher leavel network. Just like the relationship betwen cities , states, central goverment and UN.

You can see if someone has connected to your system on your fire wall's log and your system's security log( %SystemRoot%\system32\compmgmt.msc /s)

LAN is local area network, it connect some computers with cable, so they can communicate or sharing data each other, they are several kind of LAN..
