no, you remarry...very simple, and very common. good luck to you both, I certainly hope you have learned a lot in the separation.

No, annul is used to back out of a marriage that hasn't been consummated within a short time frame. You will have to get married again. I can tell you this because I've been in that situation before. Even after the second time, things didn't work out, so, once again after a much longer time which took most of my life time at this point, I'm alone again. What he did the first time, he eventually did the second too. Beware of your actions. Why don't you just live with him as a roommate to see if things will work out this time before making a commitment?

I don't think you can annul a divorce once it's been made final. Your best bet for a straight answer would be to call your local municipal building (hall of records) and/or call a lawyer and ask what the laws in your state are.
Since you have decided to give your relationship another try - it might be a nice fresh start to renew your vows in a small ceremony.

No, annulment is only for a marriage that has not been consumated. Obviousy yours has been consumated, and you've been divorced. I expect you have the court papers to prove it.

Your only solution is to marry again. HOWEVER, why not take your time, and ENJOY and ENSURE i'ts gonna work this time.
No need to be in a hurry! It's just another piece of paper.

If the divorce is legally final in the courthouse, get re-married! If it's not final, then just withdraw the divorce complaint at the courthouse.
