Player 1 Wins with two pair 8's and 7's with a jack kicker
The extra set of fours doesn't come into play since it is the best 5 card hand.

Jc 5c, the jack high wins with the sevens and eights. Player two has a pair with the four on the board, but the pair of fours is lower than the two pairs on the board.

Even though player one has the winning hand if player two bet a large amount at the end, player one would probably have folded as player one didn`t have a very strong hand and any Ace King Queen Seven or Eight would have beaten him.
But of course it would have taken some balls for player two to make a big bet as he/she didn`t have any hand either.
