there is this guy, and he is ruining around, then this other guy is doin stuff too.

If it's on a network station... quick! Get a metal clothes' hanger and twist it apart. Stick one of the ends in the coaxial antenna slot where your cable used to be plugged in! Hurry!! :-)
Paper-clips do the trick too... If you have some wire... or a real antenna... go for it! Plug it in! :-p

Well...the season is alreayd over. So you could always just go and rent it. And if you don't .... then ask your neighbor (if you know them well)
