The same thing happened to me in school. Ya know what, it's a good thing there are much hotter girls in the grade for me.
I'm sorry that you had to go through that. I don't get embarressed, (luckely). You should leave the house again. I place my pad a little farther back to protect me from when I sit down. Sorry!

When are you ever going to see those people again? Except for your friend. No one else will know what happened. Stuff like this happens to everyone. Plus if those people at the mall did see you again, do you think they would recognize you? Nope! Don't worry about it. This too shall pass.

Sweety it happens to all of us.. Don't stress so much.. If you are worried about it happening again make sure u change ur pads regularly like every 2 hours if u need to... or maybe think about using a tampon... Cheer up.. People have probably already forgotten about it.. Have a great day..

I'm not a girl but I do have a problem in that I have a polynytal cyst. This type of cyst is on your butt. Every once in a while it lets go and I have blood all over the back of my pants.

It happens to everyone - if you have heavy periods wear black pants at that time & others won't see this, also change pads often but sometimes it just happens - black pants or skirt work best

You can be rest assured that this happens to alot of women although it may be a diffucult situation to be in, the embarressment you feel atm will decrease with time. For any other women that noticed should be ashamed that they didnt let you know.

Write it down in your diary.
5 years from now you will look at it and laugh.
It happens to us all, honey. You probably won't see those people ever again; and they probably weren't looking at you and laughing, they probably felt sorry for you and remembered when it happened to them
Have some icecream and chalk it up to being WORST.DAY.EVER.
:)

You'll probably never see most of those people again. It's natural and anyone who has a problem with it can screw themselves.
