I love slipknot and i want to know what other people think for a report

Slipknot is awesome I'm 12 and i listen to it and feel connected to it understand slipknot has emotions

F u c k i n f u c k yeah. my favorite band ever. you dont believe me, they are from des moinse iowa. corey taylor sings, shawn (clown) plays percussion with chris. joey drums( he is my favorite), mick and jim are guitar, sid is the dj, paul is bass, and craig is the sampler. they call their fans maggots ( hence the email maggotmike1@yahoo.com which is mice.) Jim is the newest member. they arent gonna have a new album out till 2008 to work on theyre side prodjects, stone sour, murderdolls, and to my suprise. oh, and im 13. see ya, WE WONT DIE

If I had a 13 year old kid, I would not allow him/her to listen to Slipknot. It is not age appropriate. Just like Grand Theft Auto is not an appropriate video game for kids, and Texas Chainsaw Massacre is not an appropriate movie. Many parents are unfortunatly in the dark about the games their kids play, what they watch on TV, and what they read.

Being an adult by the time their first album came out, I was already over the whole teen angst thing. But, I don't think there is anything bad about a thirteen year old jamming to slipknot. And yes, being mature does help. Don't sacrifice any animals...mmkay

Whats wrong wiht slipknot? I say they are good and its best for a 13 year old. You should teach your child to listen to obituary, morbid angel and deicide too. It should get your 13 years old freaking out...

Slipknot is appropriate if you plan to place it around your neck and kill yourself. Otherwise leave the slipknot's to the boating enthusiast's.

I like it too, but i am grown. No not for a 13 year old. CD's have ratings for a reason.

well, i am 15 and i like their music. BUT they kind of scare me. and depending on who the 13 year old is, it might scare them. i mean they do have very vulgar lyrics and not 2 mention they're creepy looking (thts wht scares me about them) i hope this helped

if your a true rocker ......HELL YA!!!! its OK to listen to it . I'm a slipknot fan 2 , their my favorite band (and soulfly) ...you got good tastes ;)
