Go to http://www.avast.com and try the free virus scanner and try to get rid of it. If its in your system32 folder then you might not be able to delete it in Windows.

Try some things first:

Go to the directory where the file is and right click on it and go to properties, and make sure the READ-ONLY box is unchecked.
Then try to delete it.

If that doesnt work, then reboot your computer and press either F5 or F8 to start in safe mode. Then you need to restart in MS DOS PROMPT mode so that you only get the black screen.
You need to know where the file is and then find the directory in Dos prompt mode. To change directory type cd. For example, if its in the windows/system32 folder, then type the following:
cd windows
cd system32
then type
del but you have to include the extension.

If that doesnt work,
Download and install avast and then maybe the software will help you delete it.

If neither of those work, then contact me and I can help you further.

THE BEST PROGRAM for finding viruses is Ewido. They have a free 15-day trial. Scan with that. If you use a regular anti-virus it won't find everything.

If you have a trojan you should reinstall everything. Back up your files and reinstall Windows. Trojans can easily steal your passwords and sensitive information.
