Divorce is never easy-- there is legal advice to consider-- and ther will be a lot of 'muck spreading'
There will be the question on what grounds do u want to divorce her on-- any money and/or property children-- do you have children and what are their ages?
Finances -- accounts-- money talks but there is no easy way to divorce someone

There is no easy way. The best way is reconcilliation. If that's not AT ALL possible, I would suggest that you BOTH hire attorneys. No matter how much either or both of you want to remain amicable, it's probably not going to happen. I'm not trying to be pessimistic but that's just the reality of the ugliness of life.

Be honest with her. You dont have to fight over details. As you file for divorce, try and keep the initial friendship that drew you together in the first place- after all, you shared a portion of your lifetime.

No kids, no property, no contestant will get you an easy divorce.
They tend to be a lot cheaper too. Otherwise, it's going to cost.

As long as it's uncontested, you can pretty much do it yourself. There are plenty of places on line to find them. Check your state to make sure a "do-it-yourself" is valid in your state.
