Only if you have a state company cut them down for you because it is against the law to cut your own trees down without a permit!!!

In lovely NJ you must have a permit to chop your own trees down. I have a neighbor who actually lost his house becuase he did not have a permit, the fees for such action are INSANE! Cutting down 10 trees made him loose his 400,000 dollar house. Amazing. 14 days untill i move outta this crazy state!

I guess that would depend on exactly where you live. some areas have home owners associations that won't allw you to cut down trees without permission. Also some places wiithin cities limits won't as well. Best thing, call city hall...they'll know.
