Report it missing and get a replacement. Should it show up, you have to destroy one of them.

The first thing you need to do is to notify your local police
department.I know because this did happen to me on one occasion.Next go to the registry of motor vehicles and tell them at the license counter you misplaced yours.They will then ask you for all your info SS# dob etc etc....
Be prepared to to verify your identity to them so bring all that jazz with you.Once you have finished they will take your picture and give you a temporary one and within 1 week your new one should arrive in the mail.Don't accept a duplicate license alot of establishments will not accept duplicates for Identification purposes.Good Luck!
PS. Did you check under your seats sometimes it will slide between your cushions.

Beyond going to the DMV, you could call your local police department to alert them to it and get their advice.
