It doesn't let me let them kiss and they are already married.

call the adoption agency or have the sims kiss 10 times in a row.

Well you basically just have to get your Sims to fall in love, then eventually one of them will ask the other if they want to have a baby and you click yes or no. It will pop up on the screen when they want to have one.

Hmm..if i remember correctly they have a heart shaped bed? and they have sex in that bed...and i think she could get preg like that..if not try and see if you could adopt...u might be able to..but u need to have enough money..and if u didnt know already first sims...ctrl c i think (ctrl something!) and cheatcode rosebud and u get all the money u want =D have fun

kiss female with male, then a window pops up saying that if u want to have a baby. u might alos eventually get a call.

in the first Sims, you need to answer the phone.
The caller will ask you if you would like to adopt a baby.
