That's great! But I'd get the work out of the way, before I spend the money that you have not yet earned. That would also give you some time to give it some serious thought. Dont spend it all. Cuz for sure, you'll think of something you really really want, AFTER you've spent it all. Besides, it's always a good idea, to keep some in reserve for an emergency! ;)
OMG, that's right Sunday is FATHER'S DAY! You better not forget!!!

spend only $ 50 and ask if you can put the other 50$ in a bank account or save it on a gift card at your favorite store.
i told my 16yr daughter when she got her paycheck from her first job that $10 was for saving, 10$ on gift card at favorite store to add onto for something bigger. and 40$ to spend until car insurance kicks in.
this is what I told her that was happening with every paycheck. so treat this $ as a paycheck and not just money to throw around. Your dad should have helped you decide before taking you to the mall. and dad should have told you to save a little or at least half. parents dont "teach" their kids how to "manage" money. just let them throw around like leaves in the wind.
so tell dad you want to save $ half or even 20$ and he might be shocked but dont let him discourage you from saving. each time you get money save a little or half and it will add up.
get a video game or something you been wanting for awhile. and remember to save.
all you have to do is take a gift card they have in the store(walmart, game store) and tell them the amount you want on here 20$ or 50$. your choice. and then add to it. each time. congrats on the hard work and helping your dad so near father's day.(sunday, day after tomorrow).

Save your money. Start a bank account. If you must spend it, father's day is sunday. Buy him a sports illustrated calendar to put up in the garage

Just window shop at the mall. Save the money until you have enough to buy something meaningful.

If you can't think of anything you want to buy, then just practice saving the money 'till there is something you want. Maybe then you learn that if you really don't want anything, you really need money, or much of it anyway. If you don't need money, you don't have to work, much anyway. Then you get to live how you want. Give yourself $5 per day and see how much you can buy that want with that. Its good practice.

Buy him a really good father's day gift. THat's what you really ought to spend it on. Or, Use it SUnday and take your whole family to eat. Think of others before yourself and you'll have a greater reward. Whether you think so or not.
