Your lower back hurts REALLY BAD and it burns when you pee. I have reflux from my bladder to my kidneys and have had many surgeries on them both. You need to go to the doctor and get antibiotics and drink lots of cranberry juice and water. No soda or milk for at least 3 days. Trust me on this one. I have one kidney that hardly works and the other one is pretty much dead. So be careful to not let your bladder infections get bad enough to interfere with your kidneys.

Symptoms of Low UTIs : Frequent urination (no increas of total amount per day), urgency to urinate, pain or discomfort when urinating. But in females, it's quite common to have completely symptom-free bladder infections.
