I agree with 'lost' use Adultfriendfinder. There are tons of ads no matter where you are in the country. I've met a few pals ;-) this way.
Swingers clubs are another bet, but more often than not it will be mostly an older crowd. (40, 50, 60) That may not be a problem for you, I don't know how old you two are.
Also try strip clubs. (My dancer friends would slap me for this) Not all the women are into that or even interested in meeting outside of the club- but there are a few who do this. Become a regular first, someone she is comfortable with then ask when the time is right.
