Stop any of the following: 1) Calcium suppelemnts (cause hypertensive state in muscles and nerves) 2) Statin Drugs (cause depletion of coenzyme q10 and b-complex leading to nerve and muscle problems) 3) Bisphosphinates like Fosamax or Evista, a poison which can damage the liver and circulation.
4) Do not take a mass market multivitamin like Centrum....www.centrumistoxic.com

Also, try grape seed extract, coenzyme q10, magnesium, b-compex, and pomegranate concentrate.

Come on, don't tell me you haven't seen that commercial about RLS with the old woman sitting there shuffling her feet in the recliner. It was advertising a medication to help control it but I can't remember what it was.

there is a Med out ..you need to talk to your dr about it they will help .. I have it and they gave me something for it just have not went back to get the med.

you really need to see your doctor about this.This is just another of the many sleeping disorders that people have.
