Go any color besides blue. Using blue eyeshadow will not "bring out your eyes" as they say, use purple/lavendar, brown. I also have blue eyes and have found when I wear the purple hues the best to bing out my eyes and let them stand "out" on my face. Go lightly during the day, apply more heavily for night. Use a litle silver sparkle at the edge/tip near your brow for a little bit of sparkle at night. Avon sells some really great stuff, 100% guaranteed, cheap!

Depends on what color hair you have, i know if your a blonde you wear light brown, very light lipstick, medium blush, always mascara, it complements your blue eyes, and also wear the same color top as your eyes. They say when you wear mascara on a blonde hair blue eyed female you never wear lipstick, it looks trampy.

my eyes are about the same; browns bring out eyes a LOT..and if you put a dark blue on the crease of your eye it makes your eyes pop and look amazing
also, use eyeliner, not too think, and mascara that matches
