For those who have a no shoes in the house rule where do you take off your shoes and what do you do with them? Leave them in a pile, shoe rack, closet etc.

We come in the front door, kick off the shoes, put on our slippers and no one except me(MOM) worries about the heap of shoes at the front door. Truly, because the rest of the floors are kept so clean with this practice I should not worry either, I am just MOM!

We leave the shoe's in the mud room. I make everyone enter the house thur the back. Family!
I have a rug there and we sit the shoes on the rug

we dont have a no shoe rule but all the shoes goes against the wall by the door in our house
