yes...very possible base on vomitting blood, black stool dizziness and light headedness.......check yourself into the hospital ASAP!! You are losing blood internally as you speak! Your hemoglobin is low and you probably need blood transfusion. more important they need to stop the bleeding. and an endroscope will be done.

Black stool means you are bleeding into your bowels. Could be more than just an ulcer. Emerge !

yeah i agree with some of the other answers and get to the doctor, it could be any number of things all of them extremely bad for your health.
