first take a course on medical coding, this should include ICD9 and G-code (medicare is going to this pay for service coding soon). Then contact medical practices. I see the demand for this decreasing over the next 10 years as President Bush has initiated an Electronic medical records (EMR) ininative for medical practices to go electronic within 10 years. Many of these EMR's will having billing/coding models in them.

First place you have to go is school and get the skills to run a medical billing service. Then you need to work in the business for a while to learn the ropes. Then you can start your own business.

Don't get in this gig--its a gig that started being promoted approximately a decade ago or more. Without a capital start-up cost of at least $1,000,000,000 and an ability to carry operating losses the first 18 months to the tune of $500,000, you will be out of business in no time.

spread a rumour about bird flu , get loads of thick aussies to pay you money for doing a fake medical examination , you tell them they are ok and charge them $200. easy peasey
