Most states do have a Lemon Law and it does apply to used vehicles purchased at a new car dealership. First you should find out if you have a Lemon or not, some of the signs are:
1) If your vehicle has been in the shop four times for the same repair and steal has the problem.
2) Two time for a safety issue as with ABS or SRS light coming on or staying on for long period of time.
3) Or thirty days in the shop for repairs

I think all states do
But it's hard especially with a used car because they are generally sold "as is"
