Well, I had one for a few months. It was kinda of a celebration of freedom from separating the military. But I had to pull it out every time I did my reserve weekend (left active to go reserves) and go tired of it so it closed up. I did hate the stereotypes associated with having a tongue ring. I'm all for the whole content of their character thing over peoples appearances in ANY way. So if you got a tongue ring more power to ya.

just my opinion i do not like them at all... one of my sons went through that phase and i am glad he does not now...i have seen people with all kinds of piercing and i think it looks bad myself...
