Not all South Koreans are like that, maybe only about 3 percent. I, myself, am a South Korean and I am not that rude. The boy you have mentioned in your information is very rude, and I don't think it's his country's problem.
Try talking to the dean or other school officials. Maybe they can play with the problem a bit and decide to let you go to another dorm.
Have you been thinking about if you did anything that might have anything to do with this rudeness? Maybe he doesn't like the present? Maybe he doesn't like the way you do something? Maybe you snore?
If he is abusive and doesn't follow rules, and threatens, you must IMMEDIATELY report him to the school office. If he plays loud rap music, then gently ask him to stop. Maybe he has no idea that the music is bother y'all.
Please, do not have anything against South Koreans. They are wonderful people, sometimes a bit selfish and aggresive. Please try being patient a bit more, and discuss with your friends in the dorm.
The only way to deal with these kind of people is to switch perspective, be gentle but also firm, and strong, and patient.
Good luck~!

Why are you writing as if the way he was acting was because of the fact that he was South Korean? Him being Korean has nothing to do with how he was acting. A person that is any other nationality can be the same way. It is not a South Korean thing, or even just a Korean thing for that matter.

You probably have rebellious/angry Korean. Did you talk to him directly? Tell him to be reasonable and play the music down or if you think your life is threatened deal it diligently, talk to someone in charge of the building or etc. Also it would be better if you go as a group with other people who feels same about it. If it's possible you should video recording of it too if you want represent it as an evidence.(not just one, but several incidents.)

it's not all the South Koreans who are like that
it's just him who is very rude and doesn't have any respect to people
try to talk to him about how you feel and how you are very uncomfortable living next to him.

Talk to school officials about the problem.
Generally, Koreans are aggressive people. If he has Tae Kwon Do experience, then he will favor kicks. If it comes to blows, close the gap and take him down with grappling moves. But remember, violence is only acceptable if it's self defense.
