They are more intelligent for 1 reason.

Blonde's! They are extremely rare, the real ones anyway. Everybody wants to be Blonde, or at least have one (silly) streak of Blonde/white hair on their head.
They say that in another 150 years Blonde's will be pretty much extinct. Since there are so many dark hair cultures mixing with the lighter heritage peoples the blonde gene is going to be filtered out. Too bad huh? So in another 150 years every blonde will be a "bottle" blonde.

I've always found brunettes way more attractive. Generally prefer jet-black hair above all. Interestingly, I actually think that darker complected women, including blacks, often look better with blonde hair than natural blondes. Beyonce is a prime example. Simply awesome!

It seriously depends on the person themselves. Everyone said Ashley Simpson looks better w/dark hair... and since Shakira dyed her hair blonde she's been popular.

I don't care if it's brown hair or blonde as long as there is some brain under it all. Sense of humor helps too.
(personally, I prefer dark haired)

both, we r all beautiful in our own ways, thats a bad q wat if 45% of blondes r ugly and twelve% of brunettes r ugly? in a way if has nuthin 2 do with there haircolor

The most attractive are people who can spell and use fonts and grammar correctly. I find that so actactive...........soooo not hot!!
