in europe their extremely popular, theyve gone platinum two or three times at least. in the U.S. they have a small but devoted fan base that is probably gonna grow since their gonna tour north america with slayer. look for this criminally underated band to gain respect in the underground. once the bodomites are in you'll have their other black thrash brethren in the bands Norther and Kalmah following soon behind. \_/ >< \_/

Or maybe they are. If they got any more popular they'd have to go all commercial. And if Alexi's problems with film directors (needled 24/7) are anything to go by, then I don't even want to think what his problems with marketers would be.
And the last thing the band needs is little skater kids wearing Bodom t-shirts just because they're "cool".

Not very popular on MTV/commercial, but quite popular in the heavy metal genre/world. Along with cannibal corspe, eyehategod etc.
