In little words, what can we do to raise our IQ

Well, maybe you could use that 90.3% to figure out how you deleted 0.4% of your brain.

Also, we use all of our brain, all the time. What you are talking about is a myth. What's the point of having it if it's not used? Only the appendix isn't necessary to human living.

I guess a lot of people would say that many men's penises are useless. Maybe it's true. So I guess they would two parts to their bodies that aren't needed.

Three issues here. Using your brain does not mean that all of it is active at the same time. The rationalization you have repeated is a popular urban myth. "We" do not need to develop the rest of our brains. Furthermore, I do not need to be included in the quest for a higher I.Q. The whole premise of the I.Q. is based on bulk statistics. If you are concerned with your I.Q., there are ways of learning to be smarter. Another way to raise your I.Q. is to make sure everyone in your econometric social control is dumber than you. To really raise the I.Q. of humans, I, and other brilliant people, need to have more babies. And a program of sterilization of the stupid.... But, that is a bit draconian.

That is a ridiculous notion that has been repeated so many times that the ignorant actually believe it.

Fear not, ignorance is curable. It is only a lack of knowledge, unlike stupidity which is a lack of the ability to gain and use knowledge.

Read, study and pay attention in class, then read and study some more to make up for the inane drivel that you got from the government school/indoctrination center/socialist camp.

Perhaps you could start by doing your math right. If we use 9.3% then that would leave 90.7%.

well subtract 9.3 from 100 until you get 90.7, not 90.3
