If the cause of the injury is a result of the negligence of the home owner, then you might have a claim. You would make a claim to the home owner's insurance or, in the alternative, you'd file a lawsuit against the homeowner.

However, if the home owner is not liable for the child's injuries, the insurance carrier will simply deny your claim. It depends on the circumstances surrounding what caused the accident.

That depends on the reason for the accident. By the way, the insurance company is NOT liable, the home owner might be however.

the home owner is most likely to be liable at all times, it also depends how much injury the minor suffered. it there was some kind of neglect by the party, then u have a case as others have mentioned before!!
