I swear this is the easiest and lowest cost way using equipment. It is also the fastest by far.

Go to any sporting good store and buy an AB Wheel. They cost about $11.

I had a baby and gained tons of weight five years ago. I have been trying to lose the weight since. I bought an ab wheel teo weeks ago and I do 10 reps X3 a day and that is it. I already have washboard from using it. I have tried everything, but this is the easiest and best way I have found. What do you have to lose but $11?

Take a good quality piece of 5/8 th inch thick plywood and cut a triangle 20 inches on each side, attach dolly wheels that swivel to each corner on the bottom side, and two-handles opposite each other on the top side near the edge. when completed, use it by placing it in front of you while on your knees on a smooth hard floor and placing your hands on the handles and pushing out in front till your body is as straight as possible, and returning as many times as possible each day. you should have hard abs, when you can do thirty with no pain.

Get born.

Ok OK. From the dip bars... rest your elbows on the pads and crunch your knees up to your chest. That will burn pretty bad after about 3 or 4.
other than that...Incline crunches....

Get rid of any excess fat in the stomach area - takes a lot more muscle to be visible through a thin layer of fat.

If you're talking about toning and tightening your abs ther is no quick way. Crunches, crunches and MORE crunches.
