If you're often boring, you should probably learn to be interesting.
Get a hobby that's not boring. Maybe get an education, read a few books, be able to actually hold a conversation with someone.
Then maybe you won't be boring.

so mister bored person, i too am extremely BORED at work right now, so you should call someone and talk, or answer this website because it is oodles of fun. Or you could watch movies, go for a walk, go sky diving, go to the beach, go skating, go hiking, or you could take pictures of nature....you could pretty much do zillions of things.
have fun deciding, i am going to go back to chatting with my friend and answering these interesting questions.

If you are boring, keep involving yourself in things that you enjoy doing, But also do things outside of your Norm... Expand Your World and you'll be more interesting to more people.
