I hate math, but I have managed to find a love for doing it. I blame Professor Charles Eppes from the CBS show Numb3rs. Anyway, I need a minor to go with my major so that I can get a steady job while trying to start my career as a professional actor and am trying to find out what I would like to study.

You can think!!!!!!! That's what you can do with a degree in mathematics.

I'd suggest taking some economics and finance classes. At its highest level, finance is just applied mathematics.

If you like programming, you can do that too. Math students make much better systems analysts than computer science majors do -- because they understand that the computer is just a tool, while the CS majors want to take forever to make things perfect.

Many investment banking houses hire math majors, since calculating future values of things based on compound interest is what makes you rich or poor over time. Math is also important to higher sciences such as physics or astronomy. You would be surprised how much math a modern astronaut needs to do.
