That means the shortcut you saved is no longer valid. Get to the mail page manually and update your shortcut/favorite.

Sounds like spyware. Go buy Spy Sweeper and scan your PC.

I think maybe you should get your computer checked cause you might have a virus. cause that happened to me before. and it was a virus. also if you download alot that could also be your problem cause when i downloaded alot i got a virus, so that could be it too.
