NO, No, No........don't you have any dignity? Why take your Dad's left over? There had to be issues to cause her to be your ex Mom, although you should never ask your Dad in fear of causing suspicion. An please don't expect her to tell you the truth. Just get someone for yourself, she may be with you out of spite for your Dad dropping her. Ever think of that? There are too many fish in the sea!

Well, of course it is. You are both adults (I assume), and you are no longer in a relationship with your ex.
If, however, you're a minor, or you're doing it to punish your ex, or something else along those lines -- don't do it.
