Well first of all it depends on the state that you live in. In NY if you have been living with someone for 30 days or more and paying rent they have to take you to land lord & tenant court and file the proper eviction papers (which cost money that he may not want to spend) however in some families they tend to believe if they tell you to go you automatically have to go and you don't always have to. If you've been living there for a while (6 months or more) free loading (not contributing toward household bills that you also utilize) then you don't have much of a leg to stand on. In any event you will more or likely lose you case in L&T court anyway, but at least you can buy yourself some time (about another 1 to 3 months depending on your circumstances). There's also this thing called squatters rights... like I said before it's also a loss in court but that's still your best bet let him take you to court to buy yourself sometime to get your own place to live it sounds like your at that age if not then you'd probably end up in a group home of a foster home. Good Luck!

If you have a written contract with your uncle you might have some legal grounds for a civil suit if he breaks that contact. If your uncle owns the property and there's no written agreement between you, you don't have too many rights.

How old are you? Under a certain age (depending on where you are) it is illegal to throw you out on the streets. Look it up!
