I am interested in royal science of farting, and I'm working of my Farting PHD now, so I can tell you that
In public people:
Try to avoid farting 45%
Try to convert it to an elevator type fart (quiet) 12%
Say "sorry" and fart 3%
Fart and say "sorry" 6%
Fart and pretend it's not their 22%
Fart and ask for the credit 7%

I only fart in public if I can get away with it; that means something else needs to smell or there has to be some loud noises or else I hold it.

I fart in public all the time. Most of the time quietly but when I was at university I would lift my *** cheek and just fart nice and loudly all the time. I also poop in public restrooms as well as they are clean in my country. I never hold any waste for 1 second in public out it comes.

I fart in public, but only when I think that nobody is around. I don't care if it is stinky or not, because I'm usually long gone before anybody smells it.

I do it all the time. I don't really care. Sometimes I try to control it and not make it loud like I do when my buddies are around. Sometimes you just gotta pass gas, and it smells really bad. I'll be honest though. If people ask me if I did, I always will claim my guilt and not hide from the fact.

Hell yeah, but you have to be careful if you're sitting down on plastic, metal or leather. The noise can be deafening.
