paint the town red means to go out and have a good time or live it up, especially at night or with a group of your closest friends. You don't literally paint the town red but the expression comes from the flashing lights and excitement you experience...

Well little red riding hood, lets see if i can explain this.
First off Red is what we call a Primary color, Which means in conjunction with other primary colors we can make binary colors
just about any color in the rainbow. So what this means when we paint the town red , we cant do this by ourselves we need help
from another primary color and maybe even a third primary color then we are really painting, and even though you painted it red
it looks much better with the help of your friends the other primary colors. So the moral of this montage of BS is never
