Oh, I feel your pain! My daughter just did a mini-version of this a couple of weeks ago. Luckily for us, it only lasted a night.
The best advice I got from people when it happened to us, is try as much as you can while she's sleeping. And save anything that's needing to come out - if she wont take it in a bottle or a sippy cup (or a regular cup - mine drank from a real glass!!!! she was so hungry but woudn't nurse but she drank from a glass!!?!!) then mix it into her food. Just keep expressing becuase you don't want your milk supply to drop.
Try to remember that if a child "weans" herself before a year (or is it 2 years?not sure) it is considered temporary, and a nursing strike, as it seems you probably know some about, since yuo know it's a nursing strike. It's ridiculous to think your child is going to suddenly cut herself off from 90% of her diet intentionally. Just try and be patient, and save whatever comes out and try to give it to her. This too, shall pass.

My intent was to breast feed my first till he was a year old, but when he was 10 months, he just weaned himself! I gotta tell you, it kinda hurt my feelings! Ha! Hey, all you can do is go with the flow. I suggest you try a sippy cup with her. If that doesn't work, either go back to the breast or try a bottle. Kids have minds of their own and they're gonna do what they're gonna do. Maybe she's just advanced for her age! That gives you major bragging rights! Good luck, Mom and don't sweat the small stuff.

One of my kids did. I don't remember how old he was then (he's 22 now), but it only lasted a day or so. Even so, it was very traumatic for both of us!!
Please call La Leche League. They will probably be able to help you.

It might be time to ween the baby off the boob and on to the bottle. Ten months is really old enough to stop.
