Other than front-end styling similar to the 1973 Buick Electra, and body parts only similar to other Estate Wagons; what General Motors (makes and models') 455 engines allow full-range exchangeable parts for my engine?

Although GM used 455 cubic inch engines in Olds, Buick and Pontiac, the 3 engines are COMPLETELY different in design and the parts will not swap. If you are just looking for Buick donor models try any fullsize Buick 1970-1976. The 455 was also available in the smaller "musclecar" Buicks, but those are getting hard to find and harder to find someone willing to part with it.

Your best bet to find a good 455 would be to buy a complete donor car. Then just use want you want and scrap the rest. Usually those big Buicks can be had for well under $1000.00

Don't know if still true but years ago I went to junk yards resellers of parts whatever. They had a book that showed the interchangeability of parts.
