Bush claimed that he invaded Iraq over democracy? I don't think so. It was a Bush, Jr. scheme that was intended to get rid of Saddam, thereby improving the Bush Sr reputation.
By the way, the original crock that Bush spit out was that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction.

Pres Bush did the right thing.. People should not have to live like that. Do you not remember saddam using those chemicals on his own people? Women children babies laying in the street.
Mass graves. Children put in jail and executed. Whole families.
He wasn't cocky with success, he was doing what clinton should have done. Clinton couldn't do anything for us. clinton knew what was going on, he even let them get away with attacking us.
Bush did the right thing.

He had to have a reason to get in. Now we are there and why not go with democracy. We shouldn't attack China. Where would we get all our cheap stuff.
